Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Lakeland, MI basement actually needs.
Chronic wet basements are rarely caused by just one thing, which is exactly why single-service contractors so often leave the problem half-solved. Our diagnostic process checks grading, drainage, and crack condition together before recommending a fix.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Lakeland, MI construction styles and soil conditions.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
